Injection Mould Tools – We manufacture all our tools in-house using state of the art CNC milling and EDM technology. This enables us to expedite the tool making and try-out phases.
Injection Moulding – We have 55 injection moulding machines and the capacity to produce over 1 million parts per week.
Metal Forming and Fabrication – We have access to stamping, wire-forming, casting, extrusion and finishing facilities nearby in the Guangdong region.
Product Assembly and Packaging – We have highly trained production personnel for all assembly and packaging operations.
Quality Assurance – We are ISO9001 certified and can provide SPC and other in-process controls to assure you of the highest quality standards.
Shipping, Logistics and Warehousing – We can provide you with a full logistics service so that your goods can be shipped and handled with confidence to your final port or destination worldwide. If required we can also provide warehousing in the US and UK enabling you to draw off product as and when needed.
Factory - Our plant is in the Guangdong region of Southern China and is easily accessible from Hong Kong. We have ISO9001 certification and we welcome our clients to review and inspect the facilities
